Collegiate Performance:


Stepping onto an even bigger stage following high school play can be intimidating, but with the guidance from Rush Performance, it doesn’t have to be. With a long list of high school athletes who have not only committed to Division I schools but who are now professional athletes, we know what it takes to get you to the level you want and to keep you there. During the off-season and school holidays, we continue to help you improve your performance through the strength and conditioning program most suitable for you and your performance goals.



Before training, each athlete will complete the Rush Performance Assessment, which is the initial step to design the training program suitable to your athlete’s body and performance goals. The Rush Performance Assessment tests the following components:

  • Performance Capability
  • Joint Range of Motion
  • Body Composition Measurements
  • Functional Movement Patterns
  • Injury History
  • Resting Posture
  • Skills

  • Diet Habits

Whether you are getting ready to get on the field, court, or platform, We work with each athlete to meet his or her unique goals. Focusing on increased stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. Creating a program with exercises that are sport specific and designed to enhance performance. Have your youth athlete train in a semi-private setting, personal or team setting. Available for camps or summer programs as well.
