We are studying the life of Nehemiah

Listen - The Bible gives us a clear message that men must rise to their callings.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising."

Isaiah 60:1-3

Jesus (The Light) has come and has demonstarated His amazing Love by laying down His life for us. We are in dark times and there is an urgency for light. Be His light.

If you have given your life to Jesus's plan of salvation, you are called to fight the 'Good Fight'. You are called to rise and to stand for what is righteous in the eyes of God.

A busy schedule will not exempt you from your duty to rise. Men have the responsiblity to Siritually lead in their homes, places of employment, and all places we walk.

Music and Message are the two main thrusts in our gatherings. Your experience should be unique in its style and expression. Our music should excite and refresh. Music allows the mind to enter in and connect to a Loving God. We believe that our music is a key element to draw near. The Word of God says: Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you. James 4:8,10

Creativity is heightened and awareness is peaked while in the presence of God. God is the Creator of the Heavens and earth and being in His presence will allow us to experience creativity at new levels. Artists will be given the opportunity to express their talents during this sacred time with God. Our Message is based on God's Holy Word (Jesus cruxified and resurrected), Life Experiences, and Testimony. When the Word of God proves out in a Life Expereince, you have a testimony that must be shared.

Jesus Loves the Children!

God's word says in Mark 9:36, 37, 42 - Then he put a little child among the disciples. Taking the child in his arms, he said to them, “Anyone who welcomes a little child like this on my behalf welcomes me, and anyone who welcomes me welcomes not only me but also my Father who sent me. But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone hung around your neck."

Jesus holds children ministry in high regard and responsibility and so should we! Children understand the truths of the Bible at different levels. They need to build a foundation that will keep them strong in their faith through the years ahead. If doing the right thing is important to you, then let us help teach your children God's Holy Word so that this knowledge will lead them to Godly decisions. Acting on the knowledge of the Bible is called wisdom.

Women Bible Study is a time to dive into God's Word. There are times a good book is read together, group bible studies are done, or life lessons are shared. Prayers of faith is always offered. Also (once a month) women will gather to live worship music and preaching from Pastor Sherill on today's topics. If you are looking to get deeper into the Word of God and talk about the difficulties that women face, this is a time set aside for you.

RUSH Hour is a packed full hour of Music, Video, and Bible training for Ages 13 to 18. We have been planning and organizing behind the scenes to get each night ready for you. It starts at 5:00PM for 30 minutes of games and hangout time and at 5:30PM 'Rush Hour' begins.

We're not looking for perfection, but we are interested in experiencing something real. It doesn't matter what you wear, what you've done, or where you've been. We only want to know one thing. Are you ready? Ready to find your purpose, to live life on the edge, and to meet a person so life changing that He empowers us to live supernaturally. Are you ready for Jesus!

In God's Word, Paul states: I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord. We must study God's word together to discover the richness and revelation of God's Holy Word. It is wonderful - living and breathing - guiding us along into His purpose and plan for our lives. Come join us for a coffee, fellowship, and the study of His Word.

If you have not used the gymnastic rings yet for a workout, get ready. In this type of workout, 30 minutes is all you need and this is including resting.

Body and Spirit. Have you stuggled in your weight management? You are not alone. You can do difficult things if you find your strength in Jesus. Mosy have not put the two together in their persuit in better health.

Both body and spirit need training to give the body opportunity to function at its full potential. We believe that our bodies are made up of the Body, Soul, and Spirit. If all three are healthy and strong you live out your journey of life with joy and fulfillment. Our motto is simple “See the Need Fill the Need.” We may see and feel our physical need to exercise but we often overlook our spiritual needs. As athletes train in order to improve their abilities and endurance for competition, so Christians persevere in spiritual training as they patiently endure testing that will bring maturity and completeness.

So I run straight to the goal with purpose in every step. I fight to win. I'm not just shadow-boxing or playing around. Like an athlete I punish my body, treating it roughly, training it to do what it should, not what it wants to. Otherwise I fear that after enlisting others for the race, I myself might be declared unfit and ordered to stand aside. 1 Corinthian 9:26,27
