EAT for Performance - Aesthetics are the side effect
Our Chef and Sports Nutritionist design a creative, flavorful, fresh and healthy menu weekly. The menu features four dishes. When it comes to nutrients we love variety and so does your body.
We use high quality lean proteins and pair them with fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, nuts and some starch sources. Whenever possible we use local and organic sources.
To provided an athlete with well balanced nutrition our menu selections provide macronutrient balance of approximately 40% Carbohydrates, 30% Protein, and 30% healthy Fat sources.
Customized Keto and Vegetarian Meals Available
You will have until Friday Noon to place you order and will be available for pick up the following Monday. Meals are made fresh and can be stored up to 7 days in the refrigerator or placed in an air tight container and frozen for up to a month.

We will teach you about what your body needs to look, feel and perform the way you want. Our program includes 1-on-1 personalized nutrition coaching with weekly check-ins. We adjust your plan based on your progress week to week.
