PERFORMANCE Meal prep
Whether you are an athlete or workout on a daily basis, putting high quality foods into your body is an absolute must. Your body cannot function or recover on highly processed foods with little nutritive value. Think about foods where you will get the most “bang for your buck.”
When we workout, we are actually breaking down muscle. In order for us to get stronger, and rebuild that broken down muscle, we need supply our body with the proper nutrients to do so.
We know you are busy! We understand consuming fresh and healthy foods can be quite a chore and rather overwhelming. Shopping, cooking, portioning, and cleaning can become a full time job. We believe eating should be an experience not a chore. Let us do your chores for you while you reap the rewards of eating like and athlete!
EAT for Performance - Aesthetics are the side effect
Our Chef and Sports Nutritionist design a creative, flavorful, fresh and healthy menu weekly. The menu features four dishes. When it comes to nutrients we love variety and so does your body.
We use high quality lean proteins and pair them with fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits, nuts and some starch sources. Whenever possible we use local and organic sources.
To provided an athlete with well balanced nutrition our menu selections provide macronutrient balance of approximately 40% Carbohydrates, 30% Protein, and 30% healthy Fat sources.
Customized Keto and Vegetarian Meals Available
You will have until Friday Noon to place you order and will be available for pick up the following Monday. Meals are made fresh and can be stored up to 7 days in the refrigerator or placed in an air tight container and frozen for up to a month.

Our program includes 1-on-1 personalized nutrition coaching with weekly check-ins. We adjust your plan based on your progress week to week. We also have a support group via Facebook where you can ask questions and receive answers within minutes.
