Should I Give to My Church?
Great question, and one that many ask. As we travel through times of need and times of plenty, we find ourselves challenged to give. America is a blessed nation full of convenience and amenities. When we are in times of plenty we find ourselves looking at things we have always wanted and in times of need we diligently plan out our spending to pay for what we already have. We all have faced these moments when we ponder the difference between needs and wants. We can often find ourselves in bouts of worry. We presently face in our nation a time of challenges. Many have lost their jobs and others have been forced to move. Credit cards have been used to carry the burden leaving wake in their paths. None of us know the time of reprieve.
You need to ask yourself a question:
Is My Church diligent in helping others through times of difficulty and need, and do I see value in their vision and mission?
Than your choice to give is made easy. It is truly about making investments. Investments into the church is investments into the will of God.
